The Coniston, with its white dial, grey accents and dark blue outer ring takes inspiration from this incredible engineering marvel, and with the little pop of yellow, hints at what inspiration the K4, Sir Malcolm and the thrill of speed had on Donald’s water speed record aspirations. With this 2nd second edition Marloe have improved the contrast of the chapter ring’s minute track, added in some metallic texture and a subtle grey pattern around the central plateau – all in the mission to delicately adapt and enhance the original design.
