My imagination has been my personal playground for all of my remembered life. Born and raised in the Deep South in a conservative religious household, I found a wonderful outlet for my dreams and fantasies through artwork. I was drawing faces and people since at least age 5. In college, I took my first black and white photography class and became familiar with some darkroom techniques. Years later, I started to work with a digital camera and became really productive. One of the things that I love about photography is the chance to share a bit of your personal vision with others. Interestingly, I find that people appreciate me more as a photographer when they see my landscape and nature work whereas the focus is more on the model or subject with people pictures.
