The Yoko Ono contribution comes from the #5 portfolio, and is a mixed media piece that consists of a plastic bag, ribbon, tube of glue, pieces of printed poetry on paper, and a white cardboard case, the overall dimensions measure (case): 6.25″ x 6.25″ and is in very good vintage condition.
