Framed Erte Silk Scarf Italy. I had this silk scarf framed many years ago by someone who specialized in silk scarf framing. Its very difficult to perfectly frame a silk scarf. This one is perfect and has remained perfect over the years. The scarf is in excellent condition!! The frame itself does have a few nicks and the one side does have the laminate peeling. But it is not noticeable while hanging in wall. There are also some tears in the backing paper on back of frame. Please note this frame does not have glass over it. A silk framing should never have glass over it. It needs to be breathable. Please look at all photos posted.
